Parkside Management Services, L.L.C. is a leading senior housing company with more than 20 years of experience in the industry. Parkside has a broad base of experience in all aspects of senior housing, including assisted living, independent living, continuing care and life care communities.

Parkside is an expert in both the delivery and management of senior living services. Parkside has a solid track record and reputation based on the quality and experience of its staff, its ability to be creative and the success of its communities. Parkside was created in 1980 as a subsidiary of Lutheran General HealthSystem, now Advocate Health Care, in Park Ridge, Illinois. In 1993, Parkside became an independent company.

Parkside recognizes that each senior living community is as unique as the people who live there. A successful community is fashioned to reflect the unique wants, needs, and preferences of the local area. Additionally, all aspects of a community must contribute to the residents' feelings of being respected.
